Localization
The land in discussion is located in Tuzla. From Constanta, the acces towards it is possible using The European Road 87, by crossing the following places : Agigea, Techirghiol, Eforie Nord, Eforie Sud, the final destination being Tuzla. The land is next to Tuzla’s Lighthouse.

The land’s total surface is of 50 HA (500.000 sqm), divided into two plots, one having a surface of 40 HA (400.000 sqm) and the other one – 10 HA (100.000 sqm), with a direct acces to the sea of 500/1000 linear meters. The two areas can be easily merge into a compact plot.

Facilities
At the moment, there are only the power poles. However, in the future, along with the development of the resort, the local administration will invest in the infrastructure and the telescopic network.

Urban Indicators
Currently, the land is outside the built-up area, the local authorities being opened to partnerships or private projects with the purpose of developing the resort, taking into consideration that is situated between Eforie Sud and Costinesti, two of the most important resorts on the Romanian coast.

In the future, in Tuzla a private harbour is to be built.
The local authorities have started working for the fitting out of the beach, that begins from Costinesti’s Wreckage, is headed  for Tuzla and ends at Eforie Sud’s entrance,with a deadline of completion in 2012.

The fishing cabans in the area will be demolished, so that the local authorities to be able to initiate the fitting out of the beach and the infrastructure.

Neighbours and surroundings
Tuzla is located at 3 km distance from Eforie Sud, meaning 4 minutes driving and at 6 km from Costinesti – 7 minutes driving. The land has an airfield nearby where various events are held each year.
